What Shelf Ping is and isn't. The short version: we're a best-effort tracker for publicly available stock data. We're not the shop.
In these terms, “Shelf Ping”, “we” and “us” mean Erron Labs (ABN 79 528 959 048), the registered business that operates this site.
Stock data is best-effort
Every “in stock” / “low” / “out” signal on this site comes from Chemist Warehouse's own public feeds. Catalogue-wide stock and prices refresh once a day from a nightly sweep. The products we track at store level get a closer availability check every 45 minutes to 6 hours. Either way there's a gap between checks, and stores can misreport their own back-room inventory. If a particular trip matters (you're driving across town, the kid is teething tonight), call the store before you leave.
Prices and any “was” figures are best-effort too: they come from the same public feeds and can lag what the register charges. Treat them as a guide, not a quote.
We make no warranty that any product will actually be on the shelf when you arrive. We are not liable for your journey, lost time, or any other consequential loss tied to acting on the data shown here.
Product terms live with the retailer
When you click “Buy at Chemist Warehouse”, you land on chemistwarehouse.com.au. From that point on, their terms, their returns policy, and their shipping terms apply. We don't mediate any part of the purchase. Shelf Ping never takes payment or holds product inventory.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and share links freely. You may not scrape it at volume or use it to build a competing index without asking first. The public store-availability feed is upstream of us, and bulk scraping wastes both their bandwidth and ours. If you want bulk access for a legitimate purpose, email hi@erronlabs.com.au.
Trademarks
“Chemist Warehouse” and any brand names shown alongside their products are trademarks of their respective owners. Shelf Ping is an independent project and not affiliated with Chemist Warehouse, any manufacturer, or any retailer.
Governing law
These terms form an agreement between you and Erron Labs, governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
